In order to make architecture more efficient and respectful with the environment, in Quark we use our experience in bioclimatic design, assisted by the most advanced simulation technology to carry out an Integrated Design Process (IDP). All the elements of the built environment are taken into account: climatology, topographic adaptation, architectural design, interior comfort, air quality, consumption of energy resources, etc.

This methodology gives us the ability to quantify the performance of our designs and thus achieve the most demanding objectives of zero energy buildings (nZEB).

Prior to any architectural design, a bioclimatic report is prepared, where through a detailed analysis project strategies are established.
