DESCRIPTION
Located in the heart of Benalmádena, Málaga, the newly renovated Citizen Services Office (OAC) has been redesigned to enhance service quality and optimize spatial functionality. The project aims to deliver a functional, accessible, and efficient environment that ensures high-quality public service.
Situated on the ground floor of a three-story building with direct access from Avenida Antonio Machado, the space previously housed the local tourism office. The refurbishment has reorganized and modernized the layout to meet new operational demands, offering a comfortable and well-structured environment.
A central courtyard featuring greenery has been introduced as a unifying element within the space, while improvements in natural lighting and ventilation, alongside updated building facilities, contribute to a more contemporary and comfortable office setting.
The design emphasizes openness and brightness, incorporating materials that provide warmth and durability, as well as systems that enhance energy efficiency. Accessibility, spatial orientation, and operational workflow have been key considerations, facilitating effective interactions between citizens and staff.
This project not only revitalizes a key municipal facility but also reinforces the commitment to delivering high-quality public services tailored to the current needs of the community.
