DESCRIPTION
The object of the project consists of the reform and extension of a single-family house for its conversion into 3 tourist flats, located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena.
The project has respected the traditional character of the center town and has highlighted the essence of the typological characteristics of this type of construction (structural enclosures with whitewashed finishes, wooden carpentry, ornaments such as railings and moldings on the facade, etc.), modernizing the functionality and the interior spaces for the purpose for which they were conceived.
