Description
This is the rehabilitation and reform of an old Andalusian farmhouse from the early twentieth century for its transformation into an incubator of artistic and cultural companies. The project aims to respect the original exterior state of the building adapting the interior spaces with a more contemporary intervention.
Bioconstruction criteria and materials of low environmental impact have been used to restore the traditional construction systems (wood structure, lime plaster, stone moldings, natural cork insulation). These ecological materials combined with active systems such as forced ventilation with heat recovery, optimize the energy efficiency of the building.
